PageJoySigning in with Google, Microsoft or email
You can sign in to a PageJoy account with Google, Microsoft or email.
You do not need a PageJoy account to try the website or ChatGPT. In Claude, you need a free PageJoy account before using the tool.
Sign in on the website
1. Go to Sign in.
2. Choose Google, Microsoft or email.
3. Follow the instructions for your chosen method.
Google or Microsoft
Choose the provider you used for your PageJoy account and follow its sign-in instructions.
If you have more than one Google or Microsoft account, check which one you selected. Tell support which sign-in method you used if the account shown is not the one you expected.
Enter your email and follow enter the 6-digit code from your message. The code expires in 10 minutes and works once.
Do not forward a sign-in link to someone else. Support does not need a password or a copy of the link to help.
Sign in from Claude
Open the PageJoy panel, choose Google, Microsoft or email, and follow the sign-in instructions.
After sign-in, select files through our own upload button inside the panel. Files uploaded to the Claude chat are not read by PageJoy.

Connect an existing account in ChatGPT
You can try PageJoy in ChatGPT without a PageJoy account. The connection steps for an existing account are the instructions in the connection guide.

If sign-in does not work
Check the email address or provider account you selected. For an email message, check spam or junk and confirm that you entered the intended address.
For an expired link or a connection that does not finish, follow check the address and request a new code when needed.
If you still need help, use Contact and Complaints with the sign-in method, platform and exact error. Do not include a password or sign-in link.
