Contact and Complaints
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Contact PageJoy for help with the tools, your account or a complaint. You can still use the rights and complaint routes available under your country's law.
1. Our contact details
PageJoy operates pagejoy.app. Contact us in writing using the details below.
- Website: pagejoy.app.
- Product and account support: support@pagejoy.app.
- Telephone: telephone support is not currently offered.
- Support hours and time zone: written requests can be submitted at any time; there is no guaranteed staffed timetable. Dates and service windows use UTC unless stated otherwise.
2. Product and account help
Contact support@pagejoy.app about using PageJoy PDF, PageJoy Templates or PageJoy Photo, signing in, saved invoice details or a result that appears incorrect.
Include the tool, the device and browser or platform, a description of the problem and any error message. If relevant, include your account email and order reference. Do not include a password, a sign-in or authenticator code, an authenticator seed, a backup code, a full payment card number or unnecessary client information. We do not need those account secrets to provide support.
Website PDFs and photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. We cannot inspect those files merely because you used the tool. The ChatGPT file flow uses our server where the requested operation requires it and deletes temporary processing copies straight away after returning the result. In Claude, files must be selected in our own tool panel. Our tools never read files uploaded to the Claude chat. The actual panel processing, recipients and retention are described in the Plugin Privacy Notice. We cannot assume a previously processed plugin file is still available to investigate.
A bot check and request limits protect the support route. If a limit blocks an urgent cancellation or rights request, use the alternative contact route above; a technical limit does not extend a legal deadline. If we need an example, we will explain the minimum information needed and how to send it safely. You may provide a sample with confidential and personal details removed.
3. Payments, renewal and refunds
Paid purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe handles payment and transaction support through Link or Onelink. The link and contact route on your checkout, receipt or order page identify the service for your purchase. We provide product support.
You can cancel renewal from /account at any time. Access normally runs until the end of the paid period. If you cannot use that page, email support@pagejoy.app with a clear cancellation request. For cooling-off cancellation, say you want to cancel the purchase and seek a refund. Any clear statement is sufficient. See the Subscription and Refund Terms.
You may also use the payment seller's refund route at the order-support link on your receipt, or /legal/contact if you cannot access it. We will help route a request correctly. Contacting us does not remove any separate rights against the payment seller. Do not wait for our ordinary complaint timetable if a cancellation deadline is approaching.
4. How to make a complaint
Email support@pagejoy.app. Tell us what happened, when it happened, any relevant order or account reference, and the outcome you seek.
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five working days and provide a substantive response within twenty working days, or an earlier deadline required by law. If we need longer, we will explain why and give you an expected response date. These service targets do not extend statutory refund deadlines.
If you disagree with the response, ask us to review it. The review is handled by the company director responsible for customer complaints, with another reviewer where available. We will explain our final position, the reasons and any applicable further complaint route.
5. Independent dispute resolution
We do not belong to a voluntary dispute-resolution scheme and have not appointed a specific dispute-resolution body. We provide any required dispute information in our final complaint response.
UK consumer dispute rules require review of the information we must give when a complaint remains unresolved. The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 has introduced a new ADR framework with transitional arrangements. Government ADR implementation guidance.
The EU's former Online Dispute Resolution platform has closed. Do not rely on a link to it as a complaints route. European Commission ODR information.
6. Other concerns and your rights
For personal data concerns, see the Privacy Notice. For security reports, see Security. For access barriers, see the Accessibility Statement.
You may contact your local consumer protection authority, privacy authority, advice service or court where you have that right. Our complaint process is optional unless applicable law requires otherwise. It does not stop a legal deadline or require you to waive a remedy.
For UK consumers, Citizens Advice consumer service can provide advice. Citizens Advice consumer help.
The ACCC accepts reports about Australian consumer law issues but does not resolve individual disputes. An Australian consumer may also use their state or territory fair trading authority or tribunal. ACCC consumer remedies.
