Templates and the PDF editor show a short line under the title that says where your work is: Saved on this device, Saved to your workspace, or Not saved yet.
Templates
In a Personal workspace, or when you are not signed in, your documents, clients and saved items are kept in this browser on this device as you type. They are not sent to us. Another browser or device will not see them, and clearing this browser's site data removes them. Use Backups to keep a copy.
In a Business workspace, documents, clients and saved items are saved to your workspace and shared with its members.
PDF editor
An open PDF is not saved until you choose Save progress. After that, your progress is kept in this browser on this device, and you can open it again from Recent or Your documents. The PDF is not uploaded. Download the PDF to keep your finished copy.
Photo
Photos are converted in this browser and are not saved. Download the photos you make to keep them.
